Lightweight Hollow Body

The Gibson ES-335 electric guitar features a 3-ply figured maple/poplar/maple body, delivering a bright, and precise tone with a balanced response. In addition, a pair of traditional ''F'' sound holes are also included, and not only offer a classic appearance, but deliver resonance and enhanced harmonic richness. In addition, the ES-335 Figured also has quarter sawn adirondack spruce bracing that projects a vintage tonality. As well as this, the ES-335's maple centerblock makes the instrument semi-hollow whilst reducing feedback and increasing sustain. Finished with an attractive figured maple top, complemented by the aquamarine finish, the ES-335 not only sounds great but looks extremely impressive.

Neck & Fingerboard

A C-shaped neck profile is also included, which allows for fluid hand flexibility across the whole fingerboard. For added comfort the neck's binding is rounded-off, offering a comfortable fit to the contours of the player's hand. Coupled with a rosewood fingerboard, players can achieve a warm tone with a natural feel. Furthermore, its rosewood fingerboard is topped with pearloid block inlays for added aesthetic appeal.

Authentic Bone Nut

The Gibson ES-335 Aquamarine electric guitar features an authentic bone nut, which offers an enhanced tone and sustain over traditional plastic and tusq nuts, and improves the vibration transfer between the string and tuning machines without dampening the tone.

MHS Humbucking Pickups

Loaded with two hand-wired MHS humbucking pickups, the Gibson ES-335 delivers a vintage style tone with an airy and biting response. Featuring unbalanced coils and Alnico II magnets with under wound design, the MHS pickups are perfect for a variety of styles and offer a detailed and articulate response. The Gibson ES-335 also features orange drop capacitors and 550K matched pots, for the optimum tonal shaping.
