Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts up to 14 days. Please let us know of your wish to return an item within seven days and have it returned here within seven days after that. Beyond that, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same precise condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus any fees and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

(Paypal no longer refund transaction fees associated with the sale of any product. If purchasing via Paypal please note that the 3% Paypal fee will be deducted from any refund issued for any reason).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Guitar Centre, 126 Meadfield Road, Slough, SL3 8JF, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. We can arrange return shipping at a cost of £36 (some areas and items will cost more which we will confirm to you first). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your returning item or any damage incurred during the return process.
